« Xena-Immortal: The French Xena Fan Club » is an non-profit association law 1901. Its objective is to promote the American show "Xena", to gather people who have an interest in the show together, to organize events of all kind, to give informations about the show and to organize all the actions that are necessaries.
Xenite Con' is a non-official Convention, made by Fans for the Fans. All the organizers are volunteers. « Xena: Warrior Princess » is an American TV Show, owned by Universal. By no means our event is linked to Universal or any other production company.
The Convention
What is a convention?
It's an event held on one or several days and gathering attendees together on a particular theme (here, a TV Show) and giving them the opportunity to share their passion by participing to different activities such as conferences with talents (actors, artists in general), photo op and autograph sessions, conferences, etc... Admission is granted by buying a ticket which gives you privileges.
When, where, who, how much... ?
You'll find all the necessary informations regarding the dates, place, guests, prices of the pass, etc, on that page of our website. It's useless to ask questions if the informations aren't available yet.
Can a person under 18 attend the convention?
Yes a person under 18 can attend the convention. He/She'll have to ask for a discharge to one of his/her legal representative (a letter written and signed by their own allowing the person under 18 to attend the convention alone). If a legal representative attends the convention with the person under 18, he/she has to buy a pass too.
May I take pictures and record videos during the convention?
You may take pictures and record videos during question/answer sessions, however, you may use the flash only during the first five minutes of the session for the guests' comfort. It will be absolutely forbidden to take pictures and videos during the photo op and autograph sessions.
May I enter and leave as much as I want?
You may enter and leave the venue as much as you want, provided that you can show your ticket and bracelet given to you during registration. Your attendance isn't required during all activities, but please note that autographs and photo ops will take place during the day and it's advisable to make sure you will be able to attend photo op and autograph sessions.
Will the convention be filmed?
A part or all the event will be filmed by ourselves, sponsors or media. By buying a pass, you give us the authorization to use your image which might appear on promotional, commercial and free royalties pictures and videos.

May I give or sell my pass to someone else?
Yes, but in this case, you have to inform us because the pass are personal. That's to say that a person holding the pass of someone else won't be able to attend the convention. You'll have to tell us that you have given or sold your pass to such person by giving us her/his name and first name as well as your name and first name. The Guests
How many guests will be attending the convention?
For now, 2 other guests are expected. If the pass are selling well, we'll rise the guest list.
Finally, my favorite guest doesn't come to the convention, can I be paid back?
Considering it's an event on a show and not on "such and such guest", the bookings and the pass are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the organizers. All guest appear subject to professional commitments. A guest cancelling is not a reason for refund.
Can we offer presents to the guests?
Yes, you can do it but we'll have to check it before for safety measures. You'll be able to give your presents to the guest during the autograph sessions.
Photo ops & Autographs
What is a photo ops?
It's a photo of you and the guest taken by a professional photographer.
How does the photo op sessions take place?
During the photo op sessions, you'll be called according to the number of your pass, and when it is your turn, you'll be photographied with the guest.
Is it possible to take several photo with the same guest?
Yes, it'll be possible to buy additional photo op tickets, while supplies last. One photo op ticket = one printed photo.
May we pose in a particular posture with the guest?
It is be up to the guest. You could ask him/her if it's suitable for him/her but avoid pose that may be embarrassing or disrespectful postures for the comfort and by respect for our guests.
When do I get my photo?
The photos will be developped the day they have been taken, and you will get them on site at the end of the day. If you can't stay at the convention until the end of the day, don't worry we'll send you the photo by mail.
What exactly do I get during the signing session?
It's an autograph signed by the guest in front of you during the autograp session.
How does the autograph session take place?
During the autograph session, you'll be called according to the number of your pass and when it is your turn, you'll show up in front of the guest to get your autograph.
What kind of items can I have signed?
In theory, you may get all the kind of items signed (books, posters, DVDs, T-shirts, etc...). However, the guest might not sign items other than licensed products, that's to say official or approved items. You'll be informed in this case. However, please avoid to have signed any embarrassing or disrespectful items for their comfort and respect. Please note that the guest can refuse to sign items he/she won't approved.
